ACaPlan - Adaptive Care Planning
ACaPlan is a research project conducted by the Research Group Workflow Systems and Technology at the University of Vienna.
It aims at supporting nurses during their daily work with the patients, including
- managing individual therapy plans for each patient, containing only the nursing steps he needs
- supporting the documentation of executed tasks
- guiding the process of generating new therapies by implementing the scientifically accepted nursing process
- providing possible diagnoses for the patient based on data about him and the current situation
- implementing evaluation steps to evaluate the effects of a therapy which has been carried out
