The HC-PAIS workshop is focused on the interplay of technological and work psychological aspects in the context of Process Aware Information Systems (PAIS), such as workflow systems. It aims to offer a portal for researchers, discussions, and contributions of interdisciplinary research dedicated to the investigation of particularly people/human-centric processes that demand human judgment, skills, competencies, experiences, and discernment. The HC-PAIS workshop appreciates diversity in the chosen research methodology (reaching from e.g. empirical research to action research, or design science research), and welcomes technical, empirical, experiential, and exploratory contributions.
